Udaan said in the complaint that Parle Products is refusing to supply it directly to products like Parle-G biscuits. Due to which he has to buy and deliver the company’s products from outside. Due to this, the medium businessmen are suffering.

According to sources, Udaan has complained that glucose biscuits like Parle-G are well consumed. The company, taking the wrong advantage of this position, refuses to supply Parle-G biscuits to it without any reasonable reasoning.

The organization said that due to this policy of the company, it has to buy biscuits from the open market. Due to which they are costlier than the traders who buy biscuits directly from the company. This affects their business and they have to suffer.
- The company denied the notice
A spokesperson for Udaan declined to comment on the matter. On the other hand, Mayank Shah, senior category in-charge of Parle Products, said that the company has not received any notice from the CCI in this matter so far. “We have neither received any notice nor have any information in this regard,” he said.
