Masood said, ‘I asked all these countries to help us once again in this war of our freedom as before. Despite some bitterness, we have full faith in all of you countries. The way the European countries were in a defeated condition in the year 1940, so is our situation today. The Taliban has occupied the whole of Afghanistan except Panjshir valley. We are the only ones standing against them. Those who have lost them are now talking of cooperation with the Taliban. Despite this, we will not bow down.
