Online education will continue in schools and colleges
Exemption has been given for Academic Gathering
Delhi Unlock 7, School Reopen: Any function, lecture or academic program can be organized in the school. Along with this, now the auditorium and assembly hall of the school or educational institution will also be able to open for educational training and meeting with 50% capacity.
Delhi Unlock 7, School Reopen: The process of Unlock-7 is starting from Monday 12th July in the capital Delhi. In view of the decreasing cases of corona infection, now the rules of lockdown are being relaxed. Restaurants and malls were allowed to open with the rules in the previous unlock itself, but it was decided to keep the educational institutions closed. Educational institutions are also being relaxed in Unlock 7.
According to the issued instructions, schools-colleges have been given permission for academic gathering. This means that any function, lecture or academic program of the school can be organized. Along with this, now the auditorium and assembly hall of the school or educational institution will also be able to open for educational training and meeting with 50% capacity.
Apart from this, exemption has also been given for any kind of training, for which permission of DDMA will not be required. For training of Delhi Police, Army or skill training of any institute, training of employees and training related to school college can be organized without permission.
Educational institutions have been given exemption this time only for education and academic gathering, but offline classes are still not allowed in schools and colleges. Schools, colleges and coaching centers will continue with online classes for now and will not be able to call children for regular offline classes. It is possible that the decision to fully open educational institutions will be taken soon.
