In the last fortnight, cases of death of many people due to heart attack while dancing, singing and exercising have come to the fore. Now a person died of a heart attack while watching a film. This shocking incident is from Peddapuram in Kakinada district of Andhra Pradesh. This person was watching the Hollywood film ‘Avatar: The Way of Water’ in the cinema hall.
A man died of a heart attack while watching the recently released Hollywood film ‘Avatar: The Way of Water’. The deceased has been identified as Lakshmireddy Srinu. He had gone to see the film with his brother Raju. ‘Avatar: The Way of Water’ is a sequel to the 2010 film ‘Avatar’. Srinu apparently fell in the middle of the film. Following which, his younger brother took him to Peddapuram Government Hospital, where doctors declared him “brought dead”. Lakshmireddy Srinu is survived by a son and a daughter.
In 2010, a 42-year-old man in Taiwan died of a heart attack while watching ‘Avatar’. The history of that person’s high blood pressure came to the fore. Doctors said that he died due to “excitement over watching the film”. According to experts, a heart attack usually occurs when the blood flow to the heart is severely reduced or blocked. Heart attack is called myocardial infarction in the medical term.
