Right now some more people are suspected to be hiding in the house, after which the search operation is going on. It was reported that Al Qaeda terrorists are hiding in a house in Kakori area, after which a raid was conducted there.
After the information received, UP ATS raided Kakori area with commandos and heavy force. At present, the interrogation of both the arrested people is going on. ATS has also recovered a lot of documents from the building where the raid was conducted.
The name of one of the arrested suspects is Shahid. He is said to be a resident of Malihabad. The house that was raided belongs to Shahid, where he lives with his family and works as a motor garage.

Saifullah encounter took place in this area about three years ago. On 8 March 2017, the suspected terrorist Saifullah was killed in an operation that lasted for about 11 hours. Some weapons and documents were said to be recovered from him. Later a magisterial inquiry was ordered for this encounter.
