Satish Kaushik Cardiac Arrest: A new claim in the death case of well-known actor-director Satish Kaushik has surprised everyone. A woman claiming to be the wife of a Delhi-based businessman has claimed that her husband allegedly killed Kaushik for Rs 15 crore, which he had taken from Kaushik for investment purposes in Dubai.
The woman has made this claim in a complaint lodged with the Delhi Police Commissioner’s office. It has been alleged that Kaushik was demanding money back, which her husband did not want to pay. She alleged that Kaushik was murdered with some medicines, which were arranged by her husband.

Earlier on Saturday, a senior police officer had said that they had recovered some medicines from the farmhouse in Delhi, where 66-year-old Kaushik had attended a party before his death. After this he died due to cardiac arrest. After seeing the copy of the complaint of the woman, she was talked to, who said that it was a premeditated murder.
The woman claimed that she married the businessman on March 13, 2019, was introduced to Kaushik by her husband and that he used to meet her regularly in India and Dubai. She claimed that on 23 August 2022, Kaushik had come to her house in Dubai and demanded Rs 15 crore from her husband.
- ‘Husband and Kaushik had an argument’
In the complaint, the woman said- I was present in the drawing room where both Kaushik and my husband were engaged in an argument. Kaushik was saying that he was in dire need of money and it has been three years since he gave Rs 15 crore to my husband for investment. Kaushik also said that neither any investment was made nor his money was returned for which he felt cheated.
He also shared a picture of the businessman and Kaushik taken at a party in Dubai. The woman alleges that the son of underworld don Dawood Ibrahim was also present in the party. It has also been said in the complaint that her husband does business of many types of drugs. The woman said, my husband had promised Kaushik that he would repay the money soon. When I asked my husband what was the matter, he said that he lost Kaushik’s money during the Covid pandemic. My husband said that he is planning to get rid of Kaushik.
- ‘Husband conspired with colleagues’
It has been said in the complaint that on August 24, 2022, the businessman had a heated argument with Kaushik regarding money. The woman claimed that her husband told Kaushik that the payment had already been made, so there was no proof, but he was ready to repay it, for which he needed time.
In the complaint, the woman said- Then I heard Kaushik telling my husband that he had given him a promissory note. Now I read the news of Kaushik’s death. I strongly suspect that it was my husband who conspired with his associates and drugged Kaushik to death so that he would not have to return the money. Police officials did not comment on this matter. According to sources, 25 people who attended the party at the farmhouse will be called for questioning.
