Pakistan’s Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry had claimed that the devices and email IDs used to send threatening messages to the New Zealand cricket team were being operated from India.
Fawad Chaudhary claimed that this email was done by Om Prakash Mishra of Mumbai.
But social media users in India are not taking this claim seriously. Rather, funny memes are being made on this name and picture.
The reason for this is that Om Prakash Mishra is recognized as a YouTuber and reality show participant in India. Due to some of his songs, he has also been given the title of ‘Indian Tahir Shah’ by the common people.

Fawad Chaudhry claimed in a press conference on Wednesday that threatening messages were sent to the New Zealand team from the Indian email account.
He said most of the IDs and emails have been created on Hindi names, such as Hindi names associated with ‘films, plays and music’.
He said the mobile device from which these IDs and accounts were operated was launched in India in August 2019. He claimed that the mobile SIM was registered on September 25, 2019. According to Fawad Chaudhary, it has been used by only one person, which has been confirmed.
According to him, the device that was being used to send threatening messages to New Zealand was being run from India and was behind ‘Om Prakash Mishra, a resident of Maharashtra’.
Fawad Chaudhry said during his press conference that the wife of New Zealand player Martin Guptill had received an email threatening that “her husband would be killed in Pakistan”.
“When we checked, we found that the email was not linked to any social media network,” he said.
He claimed that the email account was created on August 21 at 1:05 pm and an email was sent to Martin Guptill’s wife at around 11 am. Only one email has been sent from this account so far.
Fawad Chaudhary said that a review of information on social media has revealed that Om Prakash Mishra of Mumbai may be behind this email ID.

In a press conference, the Pakistani minister, showing the name and picture of Om Prakash Mishra, has accused him of being involved in threats to the New Zealand cricket team.
But instead of expressing concern over the name and picture, social media users in India are making funny memes in response to it.
Fawad Chaudhary, who showed the picture of Om Prakash Mishra, is known in India as a YouTuber and reality show star.
During the year 2016, he became famous for one of his lewd songs. This song has got 68 lakh views so far and it has been heard and seen more than any of his songs.
He has also appeared in reality shows like Indian Idol and MTV of Space.
Om Prakash calls himself ‘Rap King’ on YouTube. His songs are compared to Dhinchak Pooja and Pakistani singer Tahir Shah. Some users also call him ‘Indian Tahir Shah’.
In response to these allegations, Om Prakash Mishra seems quite happy that his name is trending on Twitter.
He has posted many videos on his Instagram account. In a video, he says, “One name shook the whole of Pakistan.”
In another video, he said, “I am proud. Your brother is trending on Twitter.”
However, he has not responded to the Pakistani minister’s allegations.

According to the documents released by Pakistan, the device used for the threats belonged to Om Prakash Mishra, after which this name has become a topic of discussion.
After these claims of the Pakistani minister, ‘Om Prakash Mishra’ is trending on Twitter and Facebook and his name is being searched again and again.
Sharing a picture of her on Twitter, a user named Shubhangi Sharma wrote, “Pakistan has accused Indian YouTuber Om Prakash Mishra of spoiling Pakistani cricket.”
Pakistani agencies have used his name and photograph in reference to threatening messages to the New Zealand team. One user wrote, “(They must be thinking) Amazing, when did I write this?”
Rajneesh Choudhary jokingly said, “Om Prakash Mishra’s next song should be this – Bol Na Pakistan Email Bhejhun Kya?”
On the other hand, a user named Sarmad commented that “Every Indian who makes fun of Om Prakash Mishra’s bad songs is praising him today.”
But such pictures of him edited through Photoshop are also being shared in which he is advising the leaders of the world.
In one picture, the US President is seen advising Biden on running the government, while in the second picture, Russian President Vladimir Putin is talking to him. At the same time, in another edited picture, he is shown receiving an award from the President of India.
Significantly, after the cancellation of the tour of New Zealand and England cricket teams, there is a lot of sorrow and anger in Pakistan.
The head of New Zealand cricket has said that he has informed the Pakistan Cricket Board of the original nature of the threat, but “the specifics cannot be made public”.
The England and Wales Cricket Board’s stand on not sending its men’s and women’s teams to Pakistan for T20 and ODI matches is linked to the ‘bio-secure bubble’ and the mental health of the players.
Meanwhile, the British government has distanced itself from the decision of the England and Wales Cricket Board to cancel the tour of Pakistan.
