A 17-year-old girl from Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh has leveled serious allegations against 28 people including her father for raping her. The girl has also accused some leaders of SP and BSP in her complaint. Police is probing the matter.

Lalitpur (Uttar Pradesh): A shocking incident has come to light from Lalitpur in Uttar Pradesh. A 17-year-old girl has accused 28 people including her father of raping her. The girl says that in the last several years she has been raped by 28 people including her father. Based on his complaint, the Lalitpur Police registered an FIR in this regard on Tuesday.

The accused include his father, Samajwadi Party (SP) district president Tilak Yadav, SP city president Rajesh Jain Jojia, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) district president Deepak Ahirwar and others. The accused have been booked under sections 354 (outraging the modesty), 376-D (rape), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 506 (criminal intimidation) and other sections of the IPC and section 5/6 of the POCSO Act.

The girl has alleged in her complaint that when she was in class 6, her father lured her to have a physical relationship by showing her porn videos, but she did not do so. Later, his father bought him new clothes and took him for a ride on a motorbike on the pretext of teaching him to drive. The girl has said in her complaint that her father took her to a deserted field and raped her. The father threatened him that if he told anyone about this, he would kill his mother.

The girl has alleged that a few days later her father took her to a hotel on the way to school and gave her a narcotic breakfast. He handed it over to a woman, who made him sit alone inside a room. After some time a man entered the room, after some time she had fainted. When he regained consciousness, his clothes and shoes were not in the right place and he was having severe pain in his stomach.

The girl told in her complaint that later this trend continued and every time a new person raped her in the hotel rooms. He was also threatened with dire consequences.
She further said in her complaint that Tilak Yadav also raped her and said that her father had brought her to her. He told him that his mother would also come to him.
The girl further alleged that when she went to her maternal uncle’s house, her four uncles along with her cousins raped her. She claimed that her grandmother tried to suppress the incident.

Lalitpur SP Nikhil Pathak said, ‘This is a very sensitive matter and we are taking it seriously. Medical examination of the victim has been done and her statement has also been recorded under section 161. A magistrate under section 164 will take further action soon. We are questioning the father of the victim. He is a truck operator.
- SP leader clarified
Meanwhile, SP District President Tilak Yadav has issued a statement on social media claiming that he and his brothers are being falsely implicated in the case.
