If you cancel your confirmed ticket within 48 hours and up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure time of the train, then 25% of the ticket amount is deducted. At the same time, if you cancel the ticket between 4 hours before and 12 hours before the scheduled departure time of the train. So half the money i.e. 50% of your ticket is deducted.
